Spirit of Central Florida Award

We were honored to receive the Spirit of Central Florida Award for my creative arts program!! (Arts in Healing). We are coming up on our 1 year anniversary of this amazing program! "I've been a therapist for over 36 years, and this is the most rewarding thing I've ever done in my life." The Arts in Healing program uses art projects, therapeutic dance, and musical lyrics to process mental health topics, difficult emotions, and challenging life events. It is a program like no other where creativity becomes the language for expressing hard things! We are honored to walk beside our participants who are creating lifelong changes in their ways of thinking and coping with the after effects of trauma and significant life stressors.
