Pathways to Peace, Inc. is a mental health program in Lake Mary, Florida. We offer a bi-weekly creative arts program where we use art projects, choreographed dance, and musical lyrics to process difficult emotions or challenging life events.. This program is very powerful and we have been getting wonderful feedback from our participants! The arts are a wonderful way to express what words sometimes cannot. We create a safe place for participants to share their stories and connect with others through artistry and dancing. This program is unique in that each workshop is designed to process a specific theme, paired with an art activity or dance along with a musical selection that further solidifies the theme.
